360 Amsterdam Tours est une entreprise jeune et dynamique, fondée en février 2014. Nos bureaux sont situés dans le centre d’Amsterdam où nous avons une équipe de 4 employés. Ils sont toujours prêts à aider, guider et informer sur ce qu’il y a d’autre à faire à Amsterdam.
L’équipe de 360 Amsterdam Tours se compose de 35 à 50 guides touristiques indépendants locaux. Cette étonnante équipe de guides experts est composée de professionnels dans leur propre domaine. La plupart de nos guides sont des gens d’Amsterdam, nés et élevés, mais ceux qui sont originaires d’un autre pays, vivent ici depuis si longtemps qu’ils connaissent mieux que la moyenne des habitants d’Amsterdam les particularités de la ville et la plupart d’entre eux dominent bien la langue néerlandaise, bravo ! Nos guides sont passionnés par ce qu’ils font et ça se voit !
Nous proposons des circuits en anglais, espagnol, italien, allemand, portugais, français, catalan et néerlandais pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous.
L’esprit de 360 Amsterdam Tours est unique en son genre. La façon dont nos employés et nos guides touristiques collaborent en partageant l’information et en créant une expérience merveilleuse pour tous les invités, est très chaleureuse et accueillante pour quiconque entre dans nos bureaux ou participe à nos visites quotidiennes.

Hi! My name is Maartje, the proud owner of 360 Amsterdam Tours. I feel very lucky to be surrounded by such a creative and energetic back-office team and so many inspiring and knowledgeable tour guides. 360 Amsterdam Tours was founded in 2014 and the fabulous growth of this company is absolutely due to the tuned teamwork and loyal commitment of the entire team. We have launched almost all our tours so far with the expert input of our tour guides, and you can definitely feel the passion when you join one of our tours!
Savannah Semler
Hola! My name is Savannah, and I am the Operational Manager of 360 Amsterdam Tours. In 2017, during my bachelor study in Tourism Management, I found this amazing start-up, located at Dam Square at that time. Over the years we moved to different inspiring locations with our back office: Red Light District, Jordaan Area, Weesperplein, and each location has its great memories. I absolutely love managing the back office, mentoring interns, and organising events within 360 to connect the team, both back office and tour guides!
Giovanni Ramon
Greetings! My name is Giovanni Ramon, I am an Art Historian and I moved to Amsterdam from Padova, Italy, in order to follow my passion for Art and Culture, and to find new challenges. Here at 360 Amsterdam Tours I found a family, an amazing place where I can finally do what I love, that is to organise activities and to share my love for Art and History. I am now covering the position of Back Office Manager and Tour Guide, so I’ll see you around!

Hi! I am Milan, a warm, enthusiastic global citizen who loves surrounding myself in an international environment. I love helping others and have always been interested in working in the hospitality industry. This has become a reality now that I have this growing opportunity in 360 Amsterdam Tours’ back-office team! In addition to that, bringing on board exciting and different cultural perspectives make me a great addition to 360 Amsterdam Tours.
Bibiana Maio
I am Bibiana, one of the nice and lovely international back-office girls who do their best every day to help run 360 Amsterdam Tours! I am a student worker and I like to be engaged in many different activities, that’s why I have two jobs that allow me to never get bored. I like being in contact with customers, to make them feel heard and at ease, and to find a solution for any kind of arising issue. 360 Amsterdam Tours is only for people who want to enjoy their job to the fullest and who want to self-improve as we would say in Italy, « a 360 gradi »!
Petra Fortin
I am Petra, I graduated in History of Arts and Conservation of Artistic Heritage at Ca’ Foscari in Venice. I love Art in all its shapes. Creativity and curiosity are the sources of my personality. I am an empathetic person and flexible in the face of changes and unexpected events. I love travelling and immersing myself in different cultures and traditions, the reason why I am covering the position as Tour Guide and Back Office Employee at 360 Amsterdam Tours.
Elena Rizzotto
I am Elena, a proud member of 360 Amsterdam Tours since October 2021. I hold a BSc in Conservation & Restoration Methods and a MA in Visual Arts, which led me to pursue a career as Tour Leader in Italy and UK and as Art & Craft Educator in Dublin.
At 360, I have the privilege of covering the role of Tour Guide as well as assisting the Back Office Team. Together with the 360 Family, I will give you the opportunity to feel supported and guided before and during your stay in this unforgettable city.
